30 days to return your item, from the delivery date.
Conditions
- Item unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags
- Jerseys with custom printing (name + number) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty
- Sale items are returnable, unless marked “final sale”
How to return an item
- Email support@thefootballclub-shop.com with your order number and the return reason
- We send you the return address and instructions within 24 h
- Ship the item within 14 days
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Return fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for a faulty item or a shipping error on our side — in which case we cover everything.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement after approval.
